Talim.in provides online Islamic education services including Quran Reading (Nazra), Tajweed, Hifz, Deeniyat, Kalima, Dua, Hadith, and Namaz training through live classes and digital content.

3. Registration & User Responsibility

• Students/parents must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Any misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited

4. Free Trial / Demo Classes

• Free trial classes (if offered) are limited and subject to availability

• Talim.in reserves the right to approve or deny trial access

5. Class Rules & Discipline

• Students must attend classes on time

• Respect towards teachers and staff is mandatory

• Proper internet connection and device setup is the user’s responsibility

• If a student misses a class without prior notice, it may not be rescheduled

6. Fees & Payments

• All fees must be paid in advance as per the selected plan

• Fees once paid are non-refundable under normal circumstances

• Any exception will be at the sole discretion of Talim.in

• Late payment may result in suspension of classes

7. Payment Gateway

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways

• Talim.in is not responsible for payment failures or technical issues related to these gateways

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Talim.in reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unavoidable circumstances

• In such cases, alternative classes or adjustments may be provided

9. Teacher Assignment

• Teachers are assigned based on availability and suitability

• Talim.in reserves the right to change teachers when required

10. Content Usage & Recording

• Classes may be monitored or recorded for quality and training purposes

• All content, recordings, and materials are the property of Talim.in

• Users are strictly prohibited from recording, copying, or distributing content without permission

11. Privacy Policy

• User information is kept secure and not shared with unauthorized third parties

• Basic data may be used to improve our services

12. Prohibited Activities

• Record or distribute class content without permission
• Misbehave with teachers or staff
• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized activities

13. Account Suspension / Termination

Talim.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if any Terms are violated.

14. Limitation of Liability

Talim.in is not responsible for:

• Internet or technical issues from the user’s side

• Differences in learning speed or outcomes among students

15. Modification of Terms

Talim.in reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
